Do I need to create a Vapi account?
No. We handle everything behind the scenes. You just fill in your business details and we create and manage your AI assistant automatically.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. With call forwarding you keep your current number and forward missed calls to your AI number. Full number porting is available as a premium add-on.
What happens when I go over my included minutes?
Extra minutes are billed at €0.25/minute and added to your next invoice. You'll receive an email alert when you reach 80% of your monthly limit.
Which languages does the AI support?
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and Polish. The AI automatically responds in the customer's language if it's in your supported list.
Can the AI confirm bookings automatically?
In Safe Mode (default), the AI takes the request and tells customers the team will confirm. Auto-confirm with calendar integration is coming soon.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Call recordings are auto-deleted after 30 days by default. You control GDPR settings from your dashboard.
